Abstract / Introduction

Managing housing societies manually often leads to inefficiencies, delays, and lack of transparency in communication between residents, management committees, and service providers. Tasks such as resident registration, complaint handling, facility booking, and announcement management become time-consuming without a centralized system.

The proposed Online Housing Society Management aims to digitize and streamline the day-to-day operations of housing societies. It will allow administrator to manage residents' records, facilities, and complaints in a structured way. Residents will be able to register, lodge complaints, and receive announcements or notifications. Service providers will also be able to coordinate with the society through this platform.

The system will cater to different types of users including administrator, residents, and service providers, providing them with the necessary tools to handle housing society operations effectively and transparently.
